Ask anyway. Coverage isn’t a hard line on a map, it’s a question of whether I can get to your house without stretching myself too thin to do good work everywhere else.

If you’re close by, I’ll take a look and let you know honestly whether it’s a fit. If it’s too far for me to service properly, I’d rather tell you that upfront and point you toward someone reliable than take you on and give you a worse version of the service.

Why I keep it tight

Every home watch company will tell you they cover “the whole valley.” Most of them mean it, and most of them also mean a different technician drives out depending on who’s available that week.

I cap my roster at ten homes and stay inside a service area I can drive across in well under an hour. That’s not a limitation I’m apologizing for. It’s the reason the same person who signed you up is the person walking through your house every visit.
