I’m Matt. I live in Palm Desert year-round, and I check every home on my roster personally. You’ll never meet a technician you didn’t hire, because there isn’t one. I serve Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Bermuda Dunes, and Indio. If you’re outside that ring, ask anyway, but I’d rather refer you to someone closer than promise a drive I can’t make on schedule.
Most home watch companies in the valley run a technician model. You sign with the owner, then a rotating employee visits your house. Nothing wrong with that — it’s how you scale — but it means the person walking your halls in July has never met you, doesn’t know your house has a slow leak under the guest bath sink, and is on visit fourteen of nineteen that day.
I’ve capped the roster at ten so I know your house the way you know it. Which fixtures drip. Which door sticks in the heat. What the pool equipment sounds like when it’s running right. That’s not a service feature, it’s just what happens when the same person shows up every time. I’m not a property manager, and I don’t do vacation rental turnovers. I don’t handle repairs myself — I find the problem, document it, and coordinate with your contractor or mine. If your house needs a plumber, you’re getting a licensed plumber, not me with a wrench. Consider me a neighbor you haven’t met yet — someone local who’s looking out for your home and everything in it while you’re away.
